These terms govern the use of the Xplai AI manager platform. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

2. Service Description

Xplai provides AI manager services for businesses — automatic responses to customer messages via WhatsApp, email, chat widget, and phone calls.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when registering
• You are responsible for your account security
• One account per business

4. Payments

• Prices are in EUR, excluding VAT (VAT added for LT clients)
• Monthly billing, paid in advance
• Cancel anytime, service runs until end of period

5. Limitation of Liability

The AI agent responds based on data you provide. Xplai is not responsible for the accuracy of AI responses or financial losses.
